Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a tracking email once shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process quickly. Email info@blissunder.com ASAP with your order number. Once shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely encrypted.
Can I use more than one promo code?
One promo code per order. Codes can’t be combined and may exclude bundles or sale items.
Shipping & Delivery (US Only)
What are your shipping options and costs?
Standard Shipping is free on orders over $59. Orders under $59 ship at a low flat rate—calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Processing: 1–2 business days. Standard delivery: 7–12 business days. Carrier/weather peaks may add time.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes, via eligible carriers.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or check your account’s order history.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Check with household members/neighbors and around entrances or mailrooms. If still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier and email info@blissunder.com.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us immediately with the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it; after shipment, rerouting isn’t guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30-Day Fit Guarantee. Unworn, unwashed items with tags (and hygiene liners intact) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, panties/bodysuits with opened hygiene seals aren’t returnable. Final-sale items & gift cards are non-returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@blissunder.com with your order number and the item(s). We’ll send instructions and a label if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Label costs may be deducted unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Do you offer exchanges for size or color?
Yes—subject to stock. Tell us your preferred size/color in the email and we’ll confirm next steps.

How do I find my size?
See our Size Guide for measurements and tips. Or email your usual bra size and fit preference (more lift / more relaxed) to info@blissunder.com for a tailored recommendation.
What’s the difference between compression levels?
Light: everyday smoothing · Medium: contour with comfort · Firm: sculpting for special outfits. If between sizes, consider sizing up in firm styles.
Will wireless styles still support me?
Yes. Targeted zones and 4-way stretch provide lift without hard wires. Look for styles marked “extra support” if you want maximum hold.

What fabrics do you use?
Breathable, skin-friendly blends like micro-modal and silky nylon with 4-way stretch—chosen for softness, durability, and recovery.
How should I wash my lingerie/shapewear?
Hand wash cold or machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag. Remove pads, use mild detergent, no bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry—no tumble dry or ironing.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available, delivered by email, and never expire.
Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account helps track orders and speeds up future checkout. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime.
