Refund Policy
At BlissUnder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are made to high quality standards and inspected before shipment. We encourage you to review product pages carefully and use our Size Guide to select the right size, color, and style. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. Please review the policy below for conditions and procedures.
Returns
You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the package. To be eligible, the following must be met:
- Item(s) are in original, unused condition with all tags/packaging intact; where applicable, hygiene liners must be intact.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase in the return.
- If an item is damaged or defective, provide a brief description and clear photos.
Not returnable:
- Panties or bodysuits with opened/removed hygiene seals, and made-to-order/customized items.
- Final-sale/clearance items, gift cards, and store credit purchases.
- Items showing wear (stains, perfume/deodorant scent, pet hair), or damaged/altered packaging.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Quality issues (our fault): If there are clear quality problems (e.g., split seams, broken elastic/fastenings), we’ll make it right. Depending on the case, we can provide a full refund or a free replacement. In many cases you won’t need to send the item back—photos are required for verification.

Change of mind/fit preference: Two options:
- Full refund to your original payment method when you return the item; you cover the return shipping cost.
- Partial refund (typically 20%–50%, case-by-case) and you keep the item. Available for non-defective items at our discretion.
- Clearance/promotional items: Defective products purchased on sale are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive (or verify) your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Compensation Time-Frame
- Order cancellation: accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after placing the order (email us immediately).
- PayPal refunds: 5–7 business days.
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–7 business days (posting time depends on your issuer).
- Shipping fees: non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid label for a preference return, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- We replace defective or damaged items free of charge.

Change of mind/size:
- Within 60 minutes of payment: email info@blissunder.com to request a change; placing a new order is the fastest way to secure stock.
- Within 30 days of delivery: contact us to arrange a size/color exchange (subject to availability). If the requested variant is sold out, we’ll process a refund instead.
Return Shipping
- Email info@blissunder.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange; attach photos if defective.
- We’ll send the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship without authorization.
- Unless the item is defective/our error, return postage is paid by the customer.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, please use a trackable service; keep the receipt.
Parcel Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
- Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and with neighbors/household members.
- Allow 48 hours for potential carrier updates, then contact the carrier.
- Email us with your order number and any carrier responses so we can assist.
